TRADE ADVERTISING TERMS

TradeNest – Trade Subscription Terms

1. Application & Approval

Trades may apply to be listed. Approval is subject to meeting TradeNest onboarding criteria.

TradeNest reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.

2. Verification Requirements

Trades must provide:

Valid public liability insurance

Relevant qualifications where applicable

Accurate business information

Trades are responsible for maintaining valid documentation at all times.

TradeNest may request updated documentation periodically.

Verification confirms documents were reviewed at onboarding and does not imply endorsement or guarantee.

3. Subscription Fees

Trades pay a monthly subscription fee for advertising services.

A discounted annual option may be offered.

Fees grant listing visibility only and do not guarantee leads, enquiries, or revenue.

4. Free Trial (If Offered)

Where a free month is provided, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

(You can remove this clause if you decide not to offer it.)

5. Cancellation

Trades may cancel with 31 days’ written notice.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.

TradeNest reserves the right to suspend or remove listings for breach of terms.

6. No Pay-to-Rank

TradeNest does not operate a pay-to-rank system. Listing visibility is not determined by payment level beyond active subscription status.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeNest is not liable for:

Business losses

Lack of enquiries

Disputes between trades and homeowners

Trades remain fully responsible for the services they provide.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Trades are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of TradeNest.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
