TradeNest – Website Terms of Use

1. About TradeNest

TradeNest is an online platform that connects homeowners with independent trades operating in the United Kingdom. TradeNest provides listing and communication facilitation services only.

TradeNest does not carry out, supervise, or manage any trade work.

2. Platform Role

TradeNest acts solely as an advertising and connection platform.

Any agreement for services is strictly between the homeowner and the selected trade.

TradeNest is not a party to any contract entered into between users and accepts no responsibility for the performance, quality, pricing, or completion of work.

3. Enquiry Submission

When submitting an enquiry through the website:

You consent to your contact details and job description being forwarded to the selected trade.

TradeNest may temporarily receive and forward enquiries during platform development.

TradeNest does not guarantee response times or acceptance of work.

4. Trade Verification

All trades listed on TradeNest are required to provide proof of relevant insurance and qualifications during onboarding.

Verification confirms documentation was reviewed at the time of approval and does not constitute endorsement, guarantee of workmanship, or ongoing monitoring.

Homeowners remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into a contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

TradeNest shall not be liable for:

Loss, damage, or disputes arising from work carried out by listed trades

Negligence, misconduct, delays, or breach of contract by trades

Any indirect or consequential loss

Users engage trades at their own discretion and risk.

6. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information

Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Attempt to misuse or disrupt the website

7. Amendments

TradeNest reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
