Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Payments

Tradespeople subscribe on a monthly or annual basis to advertise on the platform.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel within 14 days of initial subscription unless advertising services have already commenced.

If services have begun within the 14-day period, a proportionate fee may be retained.

3. Ongoing Cancellation

After the initial 14 days:

A minimum 31 days’ written notice is required to cancel.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Annual Plans

If annual payment is selected:

Discounted rate applies.

Refunds will not be issued after the cooling-off period unless required by law.
